SALARY RANGE AND TOP STEP INCENTIVES
- Annual Salary Range between $130,251 – $205,000
- 4/11 Patrol Schedule
- Kelly Fire Schedule
- Lateral PERS 3% at 55 years old
- Entry-Level PERS 2.7% at 57 years old
- Education Incentives – Bachelors Degree 2.5%, Masters plus 2.5%

- In-Lieu of Holiday – Employees assigned to a shift or fire tour of duty assignment shall receive an additional 4.15 hours of pay, in lieu of holidays, each pay period

- Annual Leave dependent on years of service (YOS) and hours accused per pay period
